Signal Secure Limited is engaged in the sale and installation of electronic security systems. All transactions made on this site are voluntary and are not governed by the Law of Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection (Law # 7472 )
All material included in the Signal Secure website www.SignalSecure.com may not be copied or used for other purposes, unless permission of Secure Signal is granted.
Purchase applications are made by the client through the Signal Secure web page www.SignalSecure.com 24 hours a day or through our sales agents available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm or Saturdays until noon.
Acceptance of orders placed by customers is at the sole discretion of Signal Secure Ltda.
You can make requests for additional information or verification before giving the acceptance to an order.
Signal Secure currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We do also receive payments via wire transfer. For more information please contact the Finance Department.
All products sold by Signal Secure are fully guaranteed for at least one (1) year from the date of its delivery to the customer. Products with a greater guarantee will be indicated in the invoice or contract.
Guarantees are valid at the presentation of the original invoice issued by Signal Secure Limited.
Order cancellations will be considered if requested by customer within the first 8 calendar days after receiving of products. For Order Cancellations to be effective, customer will have to contact Signal Secure within the stipulated time, and bring the product to Signal Secure headquarters.
Customer must return the product unused and in the same condition it was delivered, the product must be in good condition and presented with Users manuals, original packaging ,accessories and original invoice.
Signal Secure will refund the amounts paid by the customer less installation costs, which are paid by the customer and are not refundable.
Digital products can not be returned.
All purchases made through Signal Secure shall be delivered to the customer either at his/her home or work place as indicated. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. We wont deliver on the following dates: January 1st., May 1st., Easter Thursday and Easter Friday, Dec. 25th. and any other future holiday decreed by the government of Costa Rica.
Delivery personnel shall be properly identified by the company responsible for the product(s) delivery.
The cost of service is specified in the sale contract or specific invoice, and will depend on the complexity of the installation of the electronic components.
Delivery time for an order will depend on: length of time it takes for the credit card company to authorize disbursement; order processing time; and product transit time. Will also depend on the stock product availability.
The client's data requested by Signal Secure represents the necessary and basic data to complete the sale and shipment of products.
All information collected from our customers shall not be transferred, nor rented, nor sold or provided to third parties for any other use.
The sole purpose of our database will be to contact our customers either by email or phone call to provide them with new products information if previously authorized by the customer.
Customer's personal and credit card information shall be used only for purchases with Signal Secure therefore confidence and assurance of its good handling can be assured to our customers.
For the safety of our customers purchases, the Signal Secure internet server has a SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer), which acts as a security protocol to ensure transmission of data between a server and a user, or vice versa is made in a completely safe way, via the Internet.
Customer information is encrypted on our server using a protocol based on an encryption system that uses mathematical algorithms and passwords system. These passwords enable the encryption of data so content reading wont be allowed to those who do not have them.
Signal Secure reserves the right to modify these Policies of Use at any time without previous notice.
